Go to your FSXXXX/UIRES folder and find the file named 'dlgslpash.bmp' and rename it to 'dlgsplash.ORIGINAL'. Copy paste over the included dlgslpash.bmp file. If you don't like the one I made, just delete it and rename the 'dlgslpash.ORIGINAL' back to dlgslpash.bmp...
